"I know I gave praise for the cleaner in my previous messege but I would just like to give a little more. As you know I have my own litter picker as I go round on a weekly basis picking up the litter around the car park and grass areas, I also clean the window ledges and handrails on my floor. Today as I am working from home I normally do this, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the handrails  and ledges have been cleaned throughout of block, and the rubbish I could see from my window has being picked up in the car park by the lady cleaner, I see her do it from my window. The hallways have also been thoroughly hoovered instead of a quick brush down, it’s made such a difference. Is it possible for this lady to remain our cleaner? Adrian and his colleague are lovely fella’s but there cleaning standards aren’t in the same league as this lady"
